Marsha Lovelady’s Wine Bottle Topper Demo

The monthly demo at the Llano Fine Art Guild will be held Monday, August 6th. Marsha Lovelady will demonstrate the art of paper mâché. Paper mâché is a fun, inexpensive way to recycle bottles and other items. From wine bottles to paper towel cardboard rolls, this ancient art form is great for all ages. The demo will go through each step and offer an opportunity to make a gift wine bottle topper. All materials are supplied.

The monthly demo at the Llano Fine Art Guild will be held Monday, August 6th. Marsha Lovelady will demonstrate the art of paper mâché. Paper mâché is a fun, inexpensive way to recycle bottles and other items. From wine bottles to paper towel cardboard rolls, this ancient art form is great for all ages. The demo will go through each step and offer an opportunity to make a gift wine bottle topper. All materials are supplied. 

 

Marsha Lovelady taught art for 14 years before going to work for Chevron in 1989. She was a Reservoir Engineering Analysis for 23 years before retiring in Horseshoe Bay. She is married to David who patiently helps with projects and gives tactful criticism. Marsha loves to teach workshops and contributes each November to the Bayside Bazaar in Horseshoe Bay.  

 

The demo cost is $5 and includes a potluck lunch at noon, provided by Guild Members. The regular monthly meeting of the Llano Fine Art Guild is held at 1:00 pm.
