HR Seventh Heaven-RACA River Cleanup

This is near Schneider Slab on the south side of the Llano River at County Road 103. Between the river and RR152

Keep Texas Beautiful is excited to announce the return of the RACA program! Through funding from Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD), participating groups will be provided resources to perform river cleanups over the upcoming year.
RACA stands for River Access and Conservation Areas and is a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department program. TPWD has signed lease agreements that allow public river access across private land. Anglers and paddlers may use these leased areas for fishing and launching kayaks, canoes or other non-motorized boats. The program is funded by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Voluntary Public Access and Habitat Incentive Program.
