More Bluebonnets
After the small rain we had had last week and the abundant sunshine afterwards, we are beginning to get a few patches of bluebonnets. There are definitely no long stretches but along Hwy 29 they are starting to sprout. We have also seen some along RR 152 and RR 2323 has a little from what we have heard. I will go home that way tonight to see what they are talking about. The biggest problem is we just haven’t had any rain over the winter. It looks like we will have some moisture on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, if that happens we will get some more growth, they are just thirsty. The best places to see and photograph, especially macro photography, is below the dam along the Llano River. Stop by and I’ll be happy to show you how to get down there and where to find them. Hopefully we will have a little more to report later in the week, until then, happy spring and enjoy the beauty that God is giving us. Briley
