Rules of the Show
· EVERY individual, group or organization that sells at this event MUST fill out this entire application!
· Set-up times: 3 PM to 7 PM Friday, March 4, 2022. Building will be locked and secured overnight) Additional set up Saturday 6:30 AM to 9 AM. Vendors must be set up prior to the 9 AM gate opening.
· Vendors must be open the full duration of the event, 9 AM to 3 PM
· No refunds for rain-outs or other weather related cancellations
· Vendors must unload and park vehicles in designated vendor parking locations.
· Event producer reserves the right to disallow any merchandise deemed inappropriate or offensive. No gun sales allowed.

Vendor Information
Read these guidelines carefully. If there is something you do not understand, please ask.
1. Anyone can participate who wishes to sell second-hand, used, antique merchandise, new, or hand made arts and craft items. Bake sale items correctly wrapped will be allowed.
2. No Gun Sales are permitted. Merchandise will be removed if not consistent with the quality, theme or dignified image. This will be at the complete discretion of the sponsoring group.
3. All Vendors who do more than 2 shows a year in Texas must have a Texas Sales Tax Permit. Questions regarding the collecting and reporting of sales taxes should be directed to the Texas Comptroller’s office at 1-800-252-5555. Your tax permit must be displayed in your booth.
4. All vendors must have their booths open for entire duration of the show. Sales hours are from 9:00 AM to 3 PM, Saturday. ONE DAY ONLY. Please remember that you are fully responsible for policing and cleaning your area before and after the show.
5. Set up hours -- Friday, March 4th from 3 PM to 7 PM. All Vendors must be fully set up prior to the doors opening at 9 AM.
6. There are no refunds on booths. They are reserved on a first-come, first serve basis once your funds are received. Check with Kim Webb regarding booth locations when you sign up.
7. The Friends of the Red Top Jail are not responsible or liable for the loss, damage, theft, mysterious disappearance, damage by fire, water or any other cause to vendor’s property.
8. Please do not invite friends for the purpose of shopping early.

The Friends of the Red Top Jail is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Net proceeds from booth space rental at this event go to the restoration of Llano’s own historic Red Top Jail.
