About the Artist: Bev Boren, born and raised in Texas, now lives in Trophy Club with her husband, Ben. Her work is inspired by a variety of subjects and mediums, from still lifes and landscapes to portraits that capture personality. For her, painting is a way to connect with the world and people around her. Bev is a signature member of the Outdoor Painters Society and Southwestern Watercolor Society, and also belongs to the Oil Painters of America, American Impressionist Society, and American Watercolor Society. As she puts it, "I want my work to express itself without words and connect with viewers where words fail."
