In 1979 Wade Hutto and Mike Lucksinger formed a law partnership and purchased Llano County Abstract Company beginning with a support staff of 2 employees. In 1989 Burnet County Abstract Company was purchased. In 1990 the two companies were merged to form Highland Lakes Title. Today Highland Lakes Title and Hutto & Lucksinger law firm have over 40 employees.
We provide escrow services, research of county property records, policies of title insurance, and assistance with various other real estate related transactions.
